When Can I contact you?

PiercingPros is open Monday through Friday 9AM to 7PM Eastern Standard Time.
You may place your order online ANYTIME.

How do I change something in my order?

If you contact us immediately after placing the order, we will make every effort to assist you with your change request. Unfortunately, we can not make changes or cancel an order once it has shipped.

What methods of payment do you accept?

Piercingpros.com accepts all major credit cards Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express and PayPal.



Will you charge sales tax on my order?

Presently, only items sold by PiercingPros and shipped to the state of Florida are subject to 6% tax.



Order Processing


How long does it take to process an order?

Due to the amount of orders that we receive it takes 1-2 days, weekends not included, to process and ship orders. As soon as your order ships out, we will update the status of the order and send you an e-mail with tracking information. Once the order has shipped, your estimated time of arrival will be determined by your selected shipping method and that shipping carriers guidelines for delivery.

Exceptions:

• All orders that come in over the weekend get processed the following business day.
• During holidays, orders will get processed the following business day.



How will I keep track of my order's progress?

We will keep you informed of your order via e-mail. A tracking number will be emailed to you once the item is shipped, if one is available.

When will I get my order?

Our warehouse is located in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. The further away you are from this location the longer it will take to get your order. All shipping times shown on the map are for Standard Shipping and are approximate. We offer expidited shipping, for an additional fee, if you need your items faster.



What do you mean by "billing address" versus "shipping address"?

The billing address is the address that appears on your credit card statement. The shipping address is where you would like your merchandise to be sent. We must always have the exact billing address or we cannot process your credit card. This is for your protection as well as that of PiercingPros.



What are my shipping charges?

If you live in one of the 48 continental United Stated, SHIPPING IS FREE!

Once you have placed all the items in your shopping cart, your shipping charges will be automatically calculated so you may view them prior to payment.

Do you combine shipping fees?

All our items except neon signs will offer you a discounted shipping price if you purchase multiple items from us.
Please make sure that you have finished shopping with us before checking. Failure to do this will result in separate shipments to you, therefore, eliminating the possibility of a combine shipping discount.



I am shipping my order outside of the U.S. Will I be charged additional duties and taxes?

If your order is shipped outside of the United States, your order may be subject to VAT, import duties and taxes, which are levied once your package reaches YOUR country. PiercingPros ships your package DDU, "duties and taxes unpaid", and does not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. For more information regarding your country's custom policies, please contact your local customs office.



Duty and taxes are very high to receive merchandise in my country. Can you declare my items as "gift" or declare them for a lower value?

PiercingPros, like all businesses, must strictly adhere to all customs laws and regulations. All international orders will be declared as "merchandise" and will be declared for the exact amount paid to PiercingPros for merchandise. We cannot declare anything as "gift". No exceptions!



Returns


Standard Return Policy

All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase date. Items must be in new, unused condition, with all original materials included with the shipment. A partial refund may be applied for open or damaged items, depending on the condition. Returns of items purchased that are the result of our error will be recieve a full refund of the item as well as shipping charges. Returns of items purchased that are not the result of our error may be subject to a return shipping fee which will be deducted from the refund.

Oversized Item Return Policy

We may give only a partial refund of the purchase price if the returned item is not in its new, original and unopened condition. The amount of the partial refund depends on the condition of the item as determined in our sole discretion. We reserve the right to deduct the original shipping charge, and the actual return shipping fee, which generally ranges from $99 to $695 or more (depending on size and weight), if the item is not in its original condition upon arrival back at our warehouse.

Additionally, you will be responsible to pay the original shipping fee, return shipping fee, and a 15% restocking fee if we receive an Oversized Item return for any of the following reasons:

• You refuse a delivery without inspection
• You miss a delivery appointment
• You return a non-defective or undamaged product

Non-returnable Items

Due to the nature of some items as well as health concerns we are unable to accept returns on the following items:

• Any items in presterilized packaging (such as disposible grips and tattoo needles)
• Body Jewelry
• Tattoo Ink
• Anesthetics
• Adult Products

How do I return an item/order?

Packaging and Return Instructions:

• Along with a return and copy of email, package your returns in a secure box or padded envelope.
• Utilize the original packaging if possible and completely remove or cover the original shipping label
• Packages should be shipped via. USPS (United States Postal Service), or UPS.
• PiercingPros is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages, please ship your packages insured for your safety.
• Returns received damaged, due to being poorly packaged, will not be honored.
• Keep your shipping receipt until you receive your exchange or credit.
• Depending on the situation there may be a 15% restocking fee.

No, we do not work with any specific piercer or tattoo artist. Please contact your local professional for any extra information.
